“But how?!”
Trying to be a feeling, loving, regulated human can feel like daunting, maybe even impossible, task. Why? Well, basically, those of us socialized in western culture aren’t taught how to do so. Even more, we’re highly encouraged and reinforced not to be connected with what we feel and what is right for us. Capitalism, white supremacy, and patriarchy hinge on people being disconnected from themselves and others to maintain their systems of oppression. So, if you want some extra support untying the knots around your freedom, taking back your control, and finding your own truth, not the one given to you, here are some resources to support your journey.
